How to Get the Most Out of
Your Treatment Plans
For the most effective movement therapy treatment plan, we recommend booking 5 sessions one week apart from each other to help speed up the learning process and tackle any issues that may come up as quickly as possible. Inorder to keep progressing in your movement practice you must stay consistent with your exercises and continue to learn new techniques that can help improve the overall function of your body. The exercises you need on week one may not be the same exercises you need on week 5.
For the most effective massage therapy treatment we recommend booking regular Recovery Massage Sessions for overall body maintenance. Depending on your level of physical activity, stress level and need for physical and mental recovery, 1-2 sessions per month could make a major difference in how you feel on a regular basis.
If you are suffering from chronic pain or recently suffered an acute injury, we recommend booking our Pain Management Sessions. Depending on the severity of the injury or level of pain, your therapist may recommend 1 session per week for 5 weeks and then moving to more regular maintenance 1-2 times per month.
Our prenatal massage specialists recommend booking your Initial Prenatal Massage session in the early stages of your first trimester. After your initial session we recommend at least 1 prenatal massage per month during your first trimester. Once you enter your second trimester we recommend at least 2 sessions per month to ensure we are making appropriate changes to your treatment plan. Once you enter your third trimester we recommend 1 session per week until labor.
