For the most effective movement therapy treatment plan, we recommend booking 8 1-1 movement therapy sessions weekly to help speed up the learning process and tackle any issues that may arise as quickly as possible. In order to keep your body progressing in your movement practice you must stay consistent with your exercises and continue to learn new movement techniques that can help improve your body and overall wellness. The movement exercises you need may vary from one week to another as your body’s mobility improves over time.
During your 1 on 1 movement session, you will spend 60 to 90 minutes working with an expert Movement Specialist to increase your joint health, increase strength and improve flexibility and mobility. Once our specialist has made an assessment of your body’s movement needs, specific movement exercises will be demonstrated and can be practiced on your own. You will receive access to our mobility exercise library from Optimal On Demand when you book a session to extend your movement treatment exercises to the comfort of your home with minimal equipment.
