What is mobility and why is it important?
Mobility is one of the most underrated and overlooked aspects of overall health, fitness, and injury prevention. Being mobile – not just flexible – can help address chronic aches and pains, fix imbalances, and unleash hidden potential in your body. It creates balance, which is the key to your body’s longevity.
For our sessions, we use a system known as KINSTRETCH®, or kinetic stretching. This evidence-based approach is designed to develop body control and train your joints to function properly. Jacob Corley is one of three licensed KINSTRETCH® instructors in the state of Colorado.
